Gameplay and account support
For help with your account, a stuck purchase, a lost streak, or anything you think might be a bug, email support@gempop.app. Before you write, it's worth checking the FAQ — common issues like missing gems, ad opt-out, and device support are answered there.
If you do email us, including your account ID (visible in Settings → About) and a one-line description of what you were doing makes the reply much faster. Screenshots help, especially for visual bugs. We aim to respond to support email within two business days; high-impact issues (payment problems, account lockouts) are triaged first.
Press and creators
For interview requests, review keys for the upcoming seasonal events, brand assets, screenshots at print resolution, or anything press-shaped, email press@gempop.app. Please include a quick note about your outlet or channel and your deadline. We will reply with whatever assets fit your story.
Legal, privacy, DMCA
For privacy requests (access, deletion, correction), GDPR or CCPA inquiries, or law-enforcement requests, email privacy@gempop.app from the address linked to your account. The processes and timelines we follow are documented in our Privacy Policy.

Partnerships and business
For platform partnerships, advertising, licensing, or anything that needs a sales contact rather than a support contact, email business@gempop.app. Please include a one-paragraph summary of what you have in mind; we reply faster to specific proposals than to introductory pings.
